  1. Move namespace buffer into NamespaceResolver 

    No need to store it outside of resolver, because its lifetime is the same as resolver lifetime

  3. Add reserved namespace bindings. 

    This adds xml and xmlns namespace bindings. These are defined at
https://www.w3.org/TR/xml-names11/#xmlReserved.
