Much like in Signal, I like to set up & pin a "Note to Self" room on Matrix. Is this worth offering as an opt-in feature?

I guess people can create the room themselves, but TBH it wouldn't occur to me to do so if not offered.

Thoughts?

Would love to add it; I do the same in Signal. Would follow the same UX as Signal for now.

Just to double-check, how do we want to do this? It looks like Syphon already lists the account as first in its search list - are we literally changing that to "Note to Self" instead of displaying... the profile name?

Yes, if that user == the current user, display "Note To Self"

Open to suggestions here though if that would cause any regrettable complexity
