Add missing releases to git tree #18

According to the README header, and to give more visibility to which releases are missing, there is the list of releases that are missing in the git tree (established from commit names and list releases of CHANGES file):

Where can we get these versions?

  • I found 1.1.0 here: http://www.elilabs.com/net/MHonArc1/

  • It seems that 2.6.17 was withdrawn practically in a day:

    MHonArc/CHANGES

    Lines 15 to 22 in 8fae0bc

We can probably find some of theses releases on old linux distro iso (or apt sources) like Debian, Mandora, Ubuntu ...

A more complicated search can be to find some old ftp servers that may contains archived version of some software.
