[FEAT] Assigning opposite gender family members to student assignements

Feature description:

As of now you can only choose same gender for assistant on student assignements.
Would be great to have possibility to assign brother/sister to student assignement with his/her family member.
This means you have to connect family members somehow in person list.

Thanks for the suggestion, @wikmanipoiss! To make this possible, we first need to introduce the family members feature. This will allow everything to be set up properly to then enabling scheduling. The good news is we’re already working in that direction!
