Describe the bug
I linked a wrong person record to a new user. And once I linked the correct person to the user, the user name in "Manage access" is still the old one and won't sync with the person record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a new baptized user (perhaps the same issue with the publishers)
  2. Link another person record
  3. Save and finalize adding the user.
    4a. Re-link another person record
4b. Or rename this person's record
  4. The name in the list of users and on the user page is still old

Expected behavior
The name to be synced with the person record, since it might be changed or updated over time. This will create less confusion in such cases.

  • Browser: Arc

Additional context
Maybe adding manual "Rename" for users also make sense, but I guess linking and updating based on Person record changes are easier and more stable source of truth with less ways to mix something up.
