What happened?

Description
Whenever Lava hits us, the game should ideally get over and we should lose, but nothing happens when Lava falls on us. when lava falls on us, we should lose and the round should restart.

How can we reproduce this bug?

Even When we come in contact with Lava, the game doesn't end.

I would like to work on this issue, Please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24.
