Here is the images in figma
The needed changes:

Move "Auto-translate All" to the right.
Make "Auto-translate All" and Import, Export actions adaptive. They should be converted to icons when needed
Show "Translate from [locale title]" as a label if there is no choices
Make "Translate from: " as caption for dropdown with locales
Add headers to the table.

Related issue that has to be fixed after implementing this ticket.
