ts-standard linting error

I have a typescript project I'm running super linter on locally. I consistently receive the same error below. I can only get it to go away when I turn off VALIDATE_TYPESCRIPT_STANDARD. It seems that eslint runs just fine on the typescript file. Is it safe to assume eslint linting will be enough if I leave typescript_standard disabled? I have created include blocks in my tsconfig file as well as a "ts-standard.project" block in my package.json file. It seems like none of the standard advice out there will get this error to resolve.

Any chance you got this error to resolve? I'm getting a similar error. Not running locally but through github actions

not a solution, just a way to disable the error - I still hope someone will come up with a resolution or explanation
