Not Compatible with Sugar version 7.9

I have been trying to install the file in my Sugarcrm but receiving error.
It seems like the plugin is not compatible with Suagrcrm 7.9. Within the zip file, it has a manifest.php file, in that built in version is 7.7.0.0.
Can you suggest me how can I use it on my version?

Also that I have tried all these plugins and all of them are giving the same error.
