Description

Allocate button on /admin panel to allow admin to change user information and delete user.

Requirements

"Delete user" UI button
"Update user information" UI button
Pop-up page for updating user information
Use appropriate API call to update information on the server

Additional Notes

Merged previous problems #46 and #45 to one generic;
