stratic-posts-to-index follows Semantic Versioning.
- UTC offsets are now properly handled (straticjs/RFCs#28)
- Post data is expected to be on
file.data, notfile(straticjs/RFCs#2)
- Removed an unneeded dependency
- Removed a require statement that was throwing on npm@2 (see 3d2858 for details)
