Show email variable !!membership_level_name!! in Admin Change templates. #3259

Describe the bug
The email variable!!membership_level_name!! Does not work in the Admin Change or Admin Change (admin) emails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add the variable !!membership_level_name!! to your email
  2. Change a user membership settings.
  3. Select Send Email
  4. See email. !!membership_level_name!! shows.

Expected behavior
Populate the user Level or be blank if there is none

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

  • [ x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
  • [x ] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
  • [ x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

WordPress Environment

PMPro 3.3.3 WP 6.7.1
