We should have two new commands. One which would open the code. And one which would close it. I'm talking about the little arrows that can "minimize" and "maximize" your code.

To be clear, you're talking about minimizing and maximizing sections of code within the text editor, not hiding and showing the entire editor, yes? The use-case here is that you want to be able to minimize and show code via the keyboard so you can do it quickly while navigating with the arrow keys?
