Implement dsc --log

Running dsc --log benchmark.dsc will create an additional file benchmark.log containing either (1) the name of an output file whenever it is written, or (2) the names of all output files, which an additional label indicating whether the file is new, modified, or unchanged. Option (2) is preferred, but either (1) or (2) would be sufficient to resolve this issue.
