💾 Persist Wallet Connect requests

User Story

As a user, I want all the requests to be persisted, so that I can see my activity in the future.

Description

We have to add persistance early on to make sure it's ready for when we add wallet connect interactions to the account activity list. Also, we should use the persisted records for the "Connected dApps" list, as using Wallet Conect's API might be unreliable.

Acceptance Criteria

• Connected dApps use persisted records to show the dApps
• When receiving a request, it should be persisted
• When accepting a request, the record should be updated with the used account/network/etc.
