Add WC signing request flow

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to sign requests from Wallet Connect, so that I can perform actions in other dApps using the keys from my wallet.

Description

The app should react to incoming Wallet Connect requests and show a screen that prompts the user to confirm the request. The screen should show the dApp name and icon, along with the request data in plaintext. Design fidelity is not important here, so the focus is mostly on UX.

Acceptance Criteria

• The user can see a new signing request when prompted from a dApp
• The user can see which app requests the signing
• The user can see the contents of the request
• The user can accept/deny the request
• The user should authenticate with the device (password/biometric) when accepting
• The reviewing developers should have a clear understanding of how to test this flow
