Suggest ReSpec save snapshot file format is changed to Windows LF CR encoding

Using Firefox, when the ReSpec menu item "Save Snapshot" is clicked on and the "Save as HTML" button selected, the file saved is not formatted with Windows LF CR encoding. Therefore when Notepad is used to view the generated file no line breaks are displayed and the file is not readable. As OMA REL's existing templates are all formatted for PCs running Windows it is suggested that the ReSpec saved file format is changed to Windows LF CR encoding.
