This discussion thread should be used for all payment requests for your grant.

Please follow these steps:

• Create a Gitbook for your project. If you are not familiar with this process, please watch this video for details on how to set your Gitbook up.
• Once you complete a milestone, update your Gitbook and post a message below summarizing which milestone was completed and the updates you made to your Gitbook.
• When you post your request please tag @will-at-stacks
• Once we have had a chance to review your deliverables and feel they match your pre-approved roadmap, we will begin the process of disbursing the associated payment.

Our goals for this milestone are to register and setup two entities - one in Cayman and the other in Dubai.

The one in Dubai has now been setup. This happened last week.

The one in Cayman remains pending:

• KYC is done
• articles of incorporation have been finalized
• directorship services have been procured.
  The delay now is purely from the processing side of things. The law firm we engaged tells us it's going to be any day now, so fingers crossed (although this "any day" state has now stretched to over 11 days). I will update here again as soon as it's done. Threre's a slate of resumes that we're now going to start processing as well.

Lastly, as originally agreed, I've also had discussions about raising more funds for the entities to extend the runway. For example, I brought it up at a recent Wednesday call. Wheels have started moving on this. There's at least one potential donation that I now think is realistic. I'll provide the details once I'm actually signing something. Expect a few weeks (but less than a month).

@will-at-stacks I hope you're doing well! Requesting our next tranche. Some updates: the team has been contributing full-time to the Clarity WASM WG, and part-time to sbtc mini (Friedger). They're well-aligned and making steady headway.
