Frequently throws provided repository URL is invalid.

When opening StackBlitz, it was frequently displaying an invalid repository error, even though it was a valid URL. I have posted the error message below.

Error Message:

The url to this repository is invalid.
Please make sure the folder path in the URL exists within the repo.
