how do we cancel? Looks like there's no option, but this is bs.

You can cancel your subscription in stripe. click on subscription > then choose any package and click upgrade to pro (just to open stripe you won't be charged) > then you will see cancel subscription button in the right side

This is ridiculous. Their own support does know their product and instruct following menu options that DO NOT EXIST.

Go to your StackBlitz account settings
Navigate to the subscription/billing section
Look for subscription management options
Follow the cancellation process
