I'm currently working on a project and encountered an issue with rate limits. I received a message indicating that I've reached the limit, yet I still have 7.9M tokens available. I'm unclear about how the rate limits are being applied in this situation.
Could someone clarify why the rate limits are stopping me from continuing my project even though I still have tokens remaining? Any guidance on when I'll be able to resume would be greatly appreciated.
