Shared Recruiting Co. (SRC) is building an open source, candidate-centric recruiting platform to promote transparent, opt-in communication between companies and candidates.

We want to empower candidates to have a voice in the recruiting process whether that means making a code contribution to implement a new feature or start a discussion on how to improve job descriptions. We believe open sourcing SRC is critical to creating trust and collaboration between candidates and companies.
