I fight for social injustice, diversity, sustainability, privacy, web accessibility and ethics in technology.

Now I am a very active volunteer in the #WPDiversity team and in Spain I have led the first local diversity table in the world which I am very proud of!

I also collaborate in the support, polyglots, core, photo, plugins teams and I'm the organizer of the Santander meetup.

I am very proud of all my contributions, some with more impact and others with less, but without a doubt, the contribution I am most proud of, belongs to the #WPDiversity team, where besides being a very active person, I think I am doing a very good job at the level of social impact, and that will have an impact on the lives of many people in the future.

I want to continue working to make the WordPress community more diverse and inclusive and contributing to other teams as I am doing now.

But right now, I work more than 8 hours a week, and I go to many WordCamps as a speaker.

Together with other colleagues, I contribute to the WordPress plugin review team to maintain the wordpress.org repository.

This team has a lot of responsibility in the ecosystem, because there is a lot of work involved and all plugins have to be checked for compliance with official guidelines.

It's a very time consuming job, even though I only do 5 hours now I would like to be able to help the plugin team more and have someone help me as right now I get it from what I charge from my development projects.

I am one of the few women on the team, and there are very few women who are supported to contribute to opensource.

If you support me, you're not only contributing to the plugins team, you're also contributing to diversity.
