Here's what's included:

As a perk for your Enterprise GitHub Sponsorship, we're happy to extend to you the following, for the duration of your sponsorship.

• Kick-off call to review the design decisions required to customize a copy of the reference architecture for your needs (< 1 hour), via Zoom
• The complete reference architecture customized to your design decisions from the call, delivered as a compressed archive (e.g. tar.gz)
• Access to our weekly customer workshops on Wednesday and Thursday. Each is roughly 30 minutes and an opportunity for your team to ask us any questions. These times/days may change as we reschedule them based on when most can join.
• Reference architecture documentation access for anyone on your team

It does not include:

• Dedicated Support, including Email, Slack or Zoom. Of course, you're free to ask questions in our public Slack community, but it's not prioritized.
• Additional Help with setting it up beyond the Customer Workshops and existing documentation.

If you need additional support beyond what is provided, we're happy to provide that with a support retainer.

How it works:

1. Sign up for an Enterprise GitHub Sponsorship
2. As soon as we receive notification confirming sponsorship, our PM will work with your team to schedule a Kick Off call.
3. Your team receives the complete architecture in 2-3 business days.
4. You have access to live support calls, 2 times per week. It's a shared call with other customers.
