Designed as an updated replacement for Neard
This is an enhanced portable WAMP server that is unique in that it offers a lot of tools as part of the package.
I'm currently attempting to update it to the latest versions of all included software, some of which is no longer supported by their developers.

When I discovered the developer of Neard was no longer updating their program, and enjoyed using it so much I decided to take on the project to modernize it.
By making into an organization my hope is that a "team" will eventually be created that will allow for others to pick up EASILY where I left off when/if I ever leave.
