The deployment concepts associated with gitlab pages are reasonably different to that of github pages. Instructions on how to perform this deployment would be useful to reduce integration time for other developers

* Add GitLab pages deployment instructions to make it easier for those
  using GitLab pages to understand how sphinx-multiversion might be
  integrated.
* Update index.rst to include GitLab pages in the navigation menu to
  facilitate discoverability
