Tor docs becoming outdated #129

I've just read the Tor docs (I'm a fresh Electrum user).

I cannot access the url with list of active onion servers. Besides this url is http which is not optimal for security.

Moreover electrums3lojbuj.onion is a v2 Onion which is deprecated by tor and whose support is to be discontinued soon.
