While cargo can build .deb packages, to build a PPA we need .src.deb files. This is currently being blocked by cargo-deb#40

There are no .src.deb files, they are called .dsc. We, the Debian rust packaging team, are trying to get debcargo into shape to automate that.

Ah 😅 I've only ever dealt with source RPM's where they are actually called .src.rpm. Also, I'm excited to see what happens there 👍

This is mostly an issue to remind myself
