I have search for them but I did not found anything. Does anybody knows if it exist?

Currently there is no typescript definition for roundSlider plugin, I already considered this and update this soon.

If you want to use this plugin in your Typescript application you can make a simple typedefintion file in your application side. Please refer the below blog for integrating any jQuery plugin into a Typescript application:
