Meter la API rest en redpanal (accediendo a su db actual) y dejar de usar el mock

yo ya pude hacer lo mismo sin usar una api rest ya existente y sin el mock

El mock es para simular el comportamiento que todavía no tiene redpanal.org (y estamos buscando alguien que se encargue de eso)
