anchor build failed

Hi,

Within WSL, I received following error while executing "anchor build":

error: not a directory: '/home/ldru/.local/share/solana/install/releases/stable-9efdd74b1b65ecfd85b0db8ad341c6bd4faddfef/solana-release/bin/sdk/sbf/dependencies/platform-tools/rust/lib'

My environment:
anchor --version: anchor-cli 0.30.1
solana --version: solana-cli 1.18.22 (src:9efdd74b; feat:4215500110, client:Agave)
