Signing an app with a different Apple ID deletes application data without warning

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign an app with another application using a different Apple ID
2. Resign the app using ReProvision Reborn
3. App data is now gone

Either give a warning or backup app data

I accidentally used a different Apple ID with reprovison reloaded and now my save file is gone
