I got these batteries, can I solder it using the JST method that doesn't bypass the power switch? And how should I connect it to the controller? Couldn't comprehend from guide only.

I don't have pins to socket the controller, can I build without them? What would the cons be and how do I do so if it's the case?

Does orientation matter when placing the controller?

Can I build the master side with an oled like this which I have around?

Could you help me understand how to jumper the components? I'd like to have an onled on the left side and a rotary encoder on the right side, if possible.

Yes

And how should I connect it to the controller?

Solder a wire from the controller + pad to the pin shown in the image in build guide https://github.com/snsten/Klein/blob/main/docs/images/buildguide/XIAO-PCB-Connection.png

I don't have pins to socket the controller, can I build without them? What would the cons be and how do I do so if it's the case?

If you are not socketing the biggest con would be the wire for connection of battery to controller needs to be placed carefully and if it gets disconnected then soldering it back will be difficult

Does orientation matter when placing the controller?

Yes it should be usb type-c up on both sides

Can I build the master side with an oled like this which I have around?

Yes but it might have some issues, the oled support in wireless using zmk is still not officially supported refer to https://zmk.dev/docs/features/displays

Could you help me understand how to jumper the components? I'd like to have an onled on the left side and a rotary encoder on the right side, if possible.

For left side oled bridge 4 jumpers marked by "Jumper for L" and for rotary encoder on right side bridge 2 jumpers marked "Jumper ENC". You can refer the build guide for the same https://github.com/snsten/Klein/blob/main/docs/buildguides/buildguide_wireless.md#jumpers
