Maintain search criteria during navigation

When browsing the repositories, it is possible to enter a search term that filters the displayed list. However if I click on one of the repositories and want to return to the list, the search term is cleared and I am left back at the top of an unfiltered list. The search term should be preserved when I click the browser back button or there should be a navigation option on the web page that lets the user go back to the filtered results.
