proper persistence of comments

now we simply update the entire intent. overwriting everything. not sure if that is a good idea. perhaps a new api? perhaps a new mongo table? perhaps some server side logics to handle this (+ new api).

also consider how to edit / delete comments. not necessarily implement. just consider :)
