ユーザにアバター画像を追加してください

前提

要件

ActiveStorageのlocalモードを使用する
追加のAPIエンドポイントを定義し、ユーザのアバター画像をアップロード（新規・上書き）できるようにする
ファイルのフォーマットやサイズにバリデーションをかける
既存のユーザ参照系APIに、アバター画像URLを返す項目を追加する

It's a module of Rails for storing blob(image, text file etc...).
