Backspace and Windows keys no longer working after running Babysmash #32

Hi Scott,

After I let my son smash my keyboard for a while, the Backspace and Windows keys are no longer working. The keyboard is not broken, it seems to be a software issue (I use an external keyboard on my laptop, and the problem is the same if I switch to the laptop keyboard).
Since Babysmash seems to intercept all keys, including the Windows key, I suspect it could be related...

False alarm: there was an instance of Babysmash still running. After killing it, everything is back to normal.

At some point my son managed to "escape the sandbox", so I thought he had pressed Alt+F4, and I restarted Babysmash, which actually started a second instance. Maybe Babysmash should ensure only one instance is running?

(thanks for this app btw, my 8-month old loves it!)

(Fixed multiple instances existing, on my fork at DavidRieman@3719b67 via system-wide mutex)
