New version (1.9.22) asks for .NET 8.0.0, even tho it's already installed #219

I love this program but it's always the same issue with .NET, every time... it asks us to download the wrong one |
so what worked for me was APS.NET Core Runtime 8.0 Unfortunately, the installer links to the wrong version, again |

This worked! Thanks! Windows thought it was the same file but running it worked! |
Just a heads up, playlist downloader links you to the thing it needs, but that thing also needs the base SDK, which it warns you about on the site you're sent to |
Previous version (1.9.21) didn't, and everything worked fine
