In Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, modes other than VPN mode, that is, transproxy mode and proxy only mode, do not seem to work

Describe the bug
In Galaxy Note 10+ 5G (exynos model), vpn mode works normally, but transproxy mode and proxy mode don't seem to work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run shadowsocks in transproxy mode.
2. Set up a local proxy via adguard.
3. Sites such as google and youtube cannot be accessed, the Internet is blocked, and errors such as ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED appear in Chrome.

Expected behavior
Internet should be normal without errors such as ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
