I am finding tags 0, 1, 2, 3 in my tag-cloud. – I never set those numbers as tags nor can I delete them. I only see them in the tag-cloud. Not in the List and not in the link-list.
You can even find the 0 by searching in the demo: https://demo.shaarli.org/?searchtags=0

How do I handle tags that cant be deleted?

Related/duplicate of #1433

Do you have tags that consist entirely of numerical characters? (2023, 2012, ...) That's what causes these bogus tags 2 0 3 1 to appear. In addition, they can't be deleted. The actual root cause of this bug is yet to be found.

You can even find the 0 by searching in the demo

Confirmed, this looks like a different bug: searching for tag 0 returns all shaares.
