How to edit TinyMCE init config

Trying to work out how to edit the init call for TinyMCE in the panel.

It seems to be called from:
\serverfireteam\rapyd-laravel\src\DataForm\Field\Redactor.php

Rapyd::script("tinymce.init({selector: '#".$this->name."', file_browser_callback : elFinderBrowser, plugins: 'image, link', convert_urls: false});");

which then passes it through to:
panelViews\master.blade.php

{!! Rapyd::scripts() !!}

But how can I edit this without directly editing the vendor file?
