Add the allowed makam slugs

Add it to documentation and readme. The full list can be extracted from this json file.

From the json file above, these makam-slugs are found: makam_slugs.txt. We should add the contents of this file in the documentation automatically (#18).

Note that some of the makams might not have sufficient music theory knowledge base (e.g. the tonic symbol or the key signature) such that some of the algorithms might not work.
