  • I am running the latest version
  • I checked the documentation and found no answer
  • I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Expected Behavior

Audio works fine when playing/streaming some videos

Current Behavior

With any non-firefox user agent, on certain websites, audio sounds distorted and choppy, and the tone is very low, like the people speaking have a deep voice filter. I cannot see any useful logs or errors in console.

Relevant settings

Spoof user agent to a non-firefox one.

Context (Environment)

Linux + Firefox Developer Edition 123.0b8-1

Hi @sudo-harun,

I've seen this issue before. The audio sounds distorted and can be replicate by just changing the user agent. I'm not sure what causes this.

Ah, that's unfortunate. I guess I will have to settle with whitelisting those websites instead.
