Thoughts on cookstyle

I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are on applying cookstyle to this cookbook to match other cookbooks in the Chef ecosystem. It's a pretty big change as things go from double to single quotes which also aligns with the default rubocop rules.

@tas50 certainly open to it but I would rather focus on things like having custom resources and other improvements but certainly support if you want do this sooner rather than later.
