Update semver to > 3.x.x #652

Successfully installed frida-16.1.9

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed.  
This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
objection 1.11.0 requires semver<3,>=2, but you have semver 3.0.2 which is incompatible.

objections calls semver once only, it is a very basic usage:
https://github.com/sensepost/objection/blob/master/objection/utils/patchers/android.py#L245
So it should be compatible with version 3 as well.

Just remove <3:
https://github.com/sensepost/objection/blob/master/requirements.txt#L6
