MySQL container re-creation #218

After spawning the MySQL container if you delete it and spawn it again via running gasper then the MySQL server doesn't start

This issue is fixed by deleting the container as well as mysql-storage and spawning them again via gasper

It is desired that the re-creation of the container should occur smoothly without requiring the deletion of mysql-storage
