Update the benchmark

Hi, seastar is an awesome framework given its TPC architecture fits pretty well with modern hardware, thanks for making it! The data of the benchmark tests listed here were last updated in 2015, i.e., almost a decade ago.

Hardware has changed a lot during the last decade, typically we have more cores, I am quite interested in the scalability with more cores, say 80, 128, 256, etc, could you guys please test seastar with some new hardware and update the benchmark results? Thanks!
