Periodic Maintenance

1. Once a week or so, we should check for new .NET Core releases and update sdk-catalog.json

   a. All b. .NET Core 3.1.x c. .NET Core 5.0+

2. We should also check for new Rapberry Pi hardware releases and update raspberry-catalog.json
