New Features for SCDL #307

Hi!

After looking through the code, I have a few ideas that I'd like to implement in the CLI application.

This includes:

Song trimming when downloading a song using a "--start" and "--end" argument.
Full-fledged Batch Downloading function using "scdl -b"
Playlist track skipping for songs that users do not want downloaded

Let me know what you guys think.
