People on soundcloud can be rally lousy with the metadata information for the music they upload but might write the Album name, Artist, etc. in the title. So, having an option like this seems fairly useful.

youtube-dl/youtube_dl/postprocessor/metadatafromtitle.py has an implementation so it might be possible to adapt from it.
